But a quick update....last time I posted, I wrote about Ryan's visit to ER due to his choking on a small piece of apple. This week we got the bills from insurance.....ambulance charge - $1087.....ER visit -- $444.......ER doc charge -- $162......baby who is alive and well after choking episode -- priceless! (And thank goodness for insurance who helps to cover these bills!)
And as if we needed another scare in our life, 10 days after Ryan choked, Michael choked on a piece of candy on the way home from getting fuel. I pulled over and yelled for some people to help me -- one of them "just happened" to be a former student's mom. It was nice to have a familiar face during a frightening time. Thankfully, he swallowed the candy and we didn't have to go to ER! NO MORE CHOKING PLEASE!!!
On to a happier subject...here is a picture from Mother's Day. I love being a mother. Thank you God for making me the mother of Joshua, Michael, and Ryan!
