The beginning of August was a quick trip up to the Bay Area to reconnect with old friends. Sarah and Julie and I taught at MCS together -- I think it was all of our first years that year. And what a great year we had too! Now we are all married with kids, and since Julie was back in the area, we met up for dinner and visiting.
Here are our cuties -- Julie's girls handled the "only girl" aspect quite well! :-)
The next day, I took the boys to the Jelly Belly Factory up in Fairfield. Look at this cute Jelly Belly bug car!
For lunch, we ordered a jelly bean shaped pizza! YUMMY!
And since we couldn't find the big Mr. Jelly Belly, we posed with the stuffed one instead.
