I forgot to mention one very important thing about our vacation....spending time with the boys away from the house with all the chores.

Yes, we have done some cooking while here. And yes, there is still laundry (which bless my husband's heart, he has done 3 of the 4 loads...every part of it - putting it in the washer, dryer, and even folding it and putting it away!!!), but no yard work or dusting or vacuuming or cleaning bathrooms.

And this has allowed us to have some good time with our boys (and my parents) to just sit and be.

And so tonight during dinner at Taco Bell, Joshua came up to me to sit on my lap (he had already finished his dinner) and whispered into my ear, "Mama, I love you."

AHHHHH -- the sweet moments of life. What more needs to be said?
